OUR STORY

With Over 25 years of industry experience having helped ship over 15 titles. We’ve been a part of studios big and small. We know what it takes to ship games as large as Uncharted and as small as a location based VR title. All of this informs our decisions and how we approach game development.

Our Approach

in 2025 Admidst the immense industry crash that began in 2023 we found ourselves adrift in an uncertain sea. Seeing that there was a craving for unique game experiences that came from a place of honesty and heart we decided to strike out on our own to make games with the higher pursuit of “Art as Games”. Something that takes risks, and isn’t chasing the latest trend, but a game that has something to say.

OUR experience

We want to create games that are visualy distinct, narratively deep, and have gameplay that is different, even if only slightly. Sometimes those concepts may be abstract, sometimes they may just be "cool" but they will always come from a place of expression, not focus testing, or market research.

Eric "Von KOZ” Kozlowsky - Founder/Creative Director

With 25 years of industry experience I have helped ship 15 titles. Over the course of my career I have worked on games of varying styles from the cartoon-like Lynked Banner of the Spark, and Donkey Kong Country to more realistic games like Uncharted and Mass Effect.
Second Breath interactive is the culmination of a lifetime of love for video games and art.
